Chris grew up near Seattle, WA. His influences span a wide range of styles including Classical, Hip Hop, Rock/Classic Rock, R&B, Blues, Funk, and Reggae. He began singing, teaching himself piano, and writing music at the age of 12. After spending several years writing and recording demos, Chris spent much of 2012/13 assembling the members of TüN to take the project to next level.
Nicholas Fair is a Seattle guitarist that has a long and unusual path. Taken with music from watching his Father and Uncle play guitars at an early age, Nick has a degree from Berklee College of Music. Nick originally joined TüN as a second guitar and vocalist, but it quickly became apparent that he was better suited to take the role of lead guitar and his creativity make him an integral part of the collaborative writing process.
“Wild” Bill DeHart is an accomplished Electric Bass Guitar and Acoustic Guitar player, with decades of experience in the SF Bay Area music scene. Bill's passion for music was originally inspired by his mother Marcia DeHart, an expert pianist. Starting as a classical guitar player, Bill's notable instructors include Neil Hogan, Robert Bozina, Hans Boepple, Greg Burger, and many others. After enjoying classical guitar, blues, flamenco, and electric rock guitar, Bill discovered his true love, Electric Bass. With power, warmth and punch, Bill draws Bass influence from greats such as Flee, Stu Hamm, Victor Wooten, Chris Squire, Mark White, and more. Bill DeHart has played everything from large auditorium venues like the Comic-Con International to rockin Road Houses, and everything in between. From Funk and R&B to Blues and Boogie, High Energy to Dark Sultry, Bill's philosophy is “It ain’t the notes, it’s how you play em!”
Will Bagby (Drums)
Born and raised in Southern California, Will has opened shows for name acts such as AC/DC, Circa (Yes members), Gary Hoey with the jazz-rock group Rullian and opened for Jimmy Vaughn with the Peacemakers progressive rock group. Originally a self-taught drummer influenced by Keith Moon, Will later studied with a marching drum instructor in Cucamonga, CA. Will continued his education on bass drum technique in Hollywood, CA with Faith No More, Halford and Spastic Ink drummer Bobby Jarzombek. Will has several recordings available through Amazon (above artists) in addition to his freelance studio work. Style versatility has always been his forte’. Main influences are Moon, Rich, Paice, Bruford, Williams, Cobham, Colaiuta, Weckl, Donati, Minneman, and the list goes on.
Jen Trujillo has been playing music in Seattle for over 25 years as a vocalist, guitarist, drummer and bassist in rock, jazz and blues. She learned to sing in jazz choirs throughout high school and college and slid into garage grunge in the early 90s. She's released original albums with the mommy punk band The Kegels and also her solo project Vexing Left. She also drummed as a lead singer with the cover band, More Cowbell.
